EZBidZ rules, regulations, policies and guidelines are set forth to create a safe fair and easy trading meetingplace online for all EZBidZ Members. All visitors and members of the site agree to all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines set forth by EZBidZ LLC.

EZBidZ members and visitors agree to never:

-Interfere with EZBidZ website.

-Pay all invoices and bills upon time or request, otherwise forfeiting all access to EZBidZ.com account with a full suspension until paid.

-Use vulgar language or profanity on this website.

-Comment or impose on EZBidZ intellectual property.

-Offer or imply to buy or sell outside of the EZBidZ site.

-Continue to use EZBidZ, create a new user id, or sell off of another persons account if yours has been suspended or banned.

EZBidZ Requirements:

-Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of signup.

-Under no-circumstance may a visitor/member, misrepresent their identities, age, or intent on this site.

-Members must always have valid and complete contact information on file, with a valid and current email address.

-Members/visitors are never allowed to publish the contact information of other members/visitors online or offline, or use it for anything other than the current auction or email upon which it was found.

-Members/visitors must choose their user id according to the EZBidZ rules.

-Assist in or create any type of con or fraud, and if found responsible, be accountable, as well as responsible, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

EZBidZ assumes no responsiblity for any item(s), comment(s), service(s), or merchandise listed on the EZBidZ site. EZBidZ is not responsible for any auctions created by members of this website, but we will do our best to uphold any and all rules and regulations, as well as punishment for members who disobey or do not follow them. We intend to uphold the greatest values and standards as possible, with the help of our members, community and persons of the law.
